Steve Mitchell is STC INSISO’s new CFO
STC INSISO has introduced Mr. Steve Mitchell as its new Chief Financial Officer due to significant growth. Mr. Mitchell will be responsible for maintaining robust financial structures and control frameworks within the business, in addition to providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Bringing a wealth of experience from senior finance roles across various sectors, Mr. Mitchell has served as a commercially focused Finance Director and worked as a consultant for businesses in the energy, healthcare, recruitment, finance, and legal sectors. In one of his recent roles as a Partner at Anderson Anderson Brown (AAB), he managed the Outsourced Accounting Department, and prior to that, he worked in AAB’s Corporate Finance division, primarily handling acquisitions, disposals, and fundraising for clients. As a consultant, he provided advice to owner-manager businesses in areas like growth plans, financial reporting, and financial projections.
STC INSISO’s product portfolio includes solutions in culture, safety, and business process and performance enhancement, and they are widely trusted and utilized across industries such as oil and gas, construction, marine, and utilities. In February, the company received a £2 million investment from BGF, leading to several new appointments within the business, including the roles of Chairman and CFO.
