Current CFO of Pulmonx Derrick Sung Resigns

Derrick Sung, the Chief Financial Officer, has resigned from the role of CFO at Pulmonx Corporation to pursue another opportunity. John McKune, Vice President and Corporate Controller, has been appointed as the Interim Chief Financial Officer. Dr. Sung will remain with the company until October 31, 2023, to ensure a smooth transition.

Pulmonx Corporation (Nasdaq: LUNG), a global leader in minimally invasive treatments for lung disease, has provided preliminary, unaudited revenue figures for the third quarter of 2023, estimating it to be approximately $17.6 million, representing a growth of about 30% compared to the same quarter last year.

Pulmonx will host a conference call on October 30, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. PT / 4:30 p.m. ET to discuss its third-quarter financial results and full-year outlook.
