Vijaya Diagnostic Center Announces the Appointment of new MD and CEO

Vijaya Diagnostic’s shares rose over 1 percent in early trading on September 25 following the announcement of a new MD & CEO. As of 9:24 a.m., the stock of Vijaya Diagnostic was trading 1.04 percent higher at Rs 460.35 on the NSE.

During the annual general meeting, the shareholders of the diagnostic chain Vijaya Diagnostic approved the appointment of Sura Suprita Reddy, who is part of the promoter and promoter group, as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company for a consecutive five-year term starting from July 1, 2023. Sura has been a member of the company since 2003 and has been responsible for overseeing the company’s overall strategy, clinical excellence, operations, and expansion since that time.
