The investment advisor, LXI REIT Advisors Ltd, has appointed Alex MacEachin as its new Chief Financial Officer. MacEachin is taking over from Freddie Brooks, who resigned from the position last week. Alex MacEachin brings a wealth of experience, having previously worked at BDO LLP and specializing in finance and accounting matters related to property and construction. He has also served as the Financial Controller of Empiric Student Property PLC.
LXi REIT PLC is a London-based investment trust primarily focused on commercial real estate. The company has announced a quarterly dividend of 1.65 pence per share. This dividend aligns with the target of 6.6p for the entirety of the financial year 2024.
