Ramky Infrastructure Named Chivukula Vasudev as its new CFO

On August 29, Ramky Infrastructure announced the appointment of Chivukula Vasudev as the Chief Financial Officer. Chivukula, who previously held positions at L&T Construction and served as the CFO of L&T Geostructure, is taking over from Ajay Kumar Masand, who tendered his resignation in July.

Ramky Infrastructure is engaged in various projects, including water treatment plants, water transmission and distribution systems, dams and barrages, expressways, highways, bridges, industrial parks, electricity transmission networks, and commercial and residential buildings.

The company also operates Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) that undertake projects such as the Srinagar Banihal Expressway, a road development project in Jammu and Kashmir; Visakha Pharmacity, a Pharma industrial park venture in collaboration with the Andhra Pradesh government in Visakhapatnam; and MDDA-Ramky ISBus Terminal, a joint venture with the Mussorie Dehradun Development Authority (MDDA) for operating a bus terminal and commercial mall in Dehradun.
