Hub Security is in search of a new CFO
On August 17, HUB Security (NASDAQ: HUBC) announced that Hugo Goldman has resigned from his role as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, in order to pursue alternative interests.
Mr. Goldman will continue to work with the company until September 30, 2023, in an advisory capacity to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities. The company has initiated an urgent global search for a new Chief Financial Officer who possesses strong qualifications and aligns strategically. In the interim, Lior Davidson, the current VP of Finance, will serve as Interim CFO until a permanent replacement is appointed.
Hub Security is a developer of cybersecurity solutions and services in Confidential Computing. It was founded in 2017 by veterans of the Israeli Defense Forces’ 8200 and 81 elite intelligence units. The company specializes in innovative cybersecurity solutions that safeguard sensitive commercial and governmental information.
