Golfpark Aschheim is towards the east of Munich and is a 20 mins drive from the city. One of the major USPs of the golf course is it offers undulating fairways, course lengths between 4900 to 6020, and natural biotopes. The 18-hole course has a fantastic mix of lush flora and fauna and provides stunning views of the Alps. There is also a 90-minute introductory course for newbies wherein they can learn about the game, rules, and equipment and participate in handicap courses. Due to all these features, the German Gold Association awarded Golfpark Aschheim the “Golf &Natur Gold” certificate in 2015 and 2019.
- Golf City Munich PuchheimThis attractive golf course is in Puchheim, towards the west of Munich. Located just 500 m away from the city limits, the spot is also helmed as the second Golf City course in Germany. There are two 3-hole short courses with water hazards, and a driving range of up to 80 m, along with the 9-hole course here, making it one of Munich’s largest training facilities. In addition, flexibility and without entry hurdles make Gold City different from other conventional golf courses.
- Münchener Golf Club e.V. – Golfanlage Thalkirchen
Established in 1910, the Munich Golf Club perfectly represents tradition, passion, and sporting success. What makes the club different from the rest is it offers members flexible games without tee time reservations. The 9-hole course present in Thalkirchen is located close to the Hellabrun Zoo, on the western bank of Isar. This spot is ideal for golfers who want to indulge in a relaxed round of games in a short time. Also, the 27-hole course in Straßlach has three 9-hole loops, which makes it apt for players of all levels.
- GolfRange München-Germering
Located in western Munich, there are two 9-hole golf courses here that are suitable for both beginners and advanced golfers. Designed by renowned architect Michael Pinner, the place also has one of the largest driving areas in the city where players can improve their swing and tee off.
