The 2023 rankings placed Jan Karas, Chief Executive Officer at OPAP (Greek Organisation of Football Prognostics SA), in the second spot ahead of Fokion Karavias, Chief Executive Officer at EUROBANK ERGASIAS SERVICES AND HOLDINGS S.A. (No. 3), Pavlos Mylonas, Chief Executive Officer at NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A. (No. 4), Evangelos Mytilineos, Chairman and CEO at MYTILINEOS S.A. (No. 5), and PUBLIC POWER CORPORATION Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Georgios Stassis ranked sixth in Greece.
