Top 10 Things to Do in Europe

Whether it’s clicking a picture with the Eiffel Tower in France, shopping for leather at Florence or eating pizza in Italy, a traveller in Europe has a lot of things on his bucket list but only a limited time frame.

No need to worry, we’re here to boil it down to you to a crisp list of top 10 things one must do once in Europe.

Crack open a cold one at the “Highest Beer Garden in Germany”

The supposed “Highest Beer Garden in Germany” sits on the Zugspitze, which happens to be the highest mountain in Germany. Afterward, it requires some effort to achieve this rambling trek to the place, open just by cable car or foot, it’s without a doubt worth it, the breath-taking views on the Alps with a cool brew in your grasp!

Morning run in the Luxembourg Gardens, Paris, France

Runners are a worldwide community and there’s no method more apt to the traveler than to begin the day with a refreshing jog in a city a long way from home. And there’s no spot to do that better than the Luxembourg Gardens in Paris. The garden is celebrated for its center: those wide sanded roads, wide steps, play areas, and statues are quintessential Paris. Afterward, unwind with a morning café au lait and people-watching session at La Rotonde.

Attending the Grand Prix in Monte-Carlo, Monaco

Grace Kelly may have put Monaco on the map, yet in all truthfulness, a nation shy of one square mile has been its very own slice of autonomy in the south of France since the fifteenth century. The populace changes with the seasons, however, averages at 37,000, which inflates to multiple times that number amid the Formula 1 Grand Prix races.

Have high tea in London

You can select a plain spot of tea and biccies, or have high tea at one of the numerous magnificent settings all through the city. There’s even the option of having it on a vintage doubledecker tour transport and seeing a couple of London’s best-cherished sights while you’re at it!

Take a train to Jungfraujoch (Switzerland)

Home to Europe’s most noteworthy train stations, and one of only a couple of spots where you can play in the snow throughout the year, Jungfraujoch is known for its picturesque beauty. It takes right around an entire day to get right to the top and back down, however, the journey is worth every second.

Experience a live flamenco dance (Barcelona)

Local to the Andalusia, Extremadura and Murcia, this musical and enthusiastic type of dance includes singing, guitar, dance and clapping, and summons the searing enthusiasm of the Romani gypsies. Do yourself a favour and go see an actual flamenco show in Situ in Spain. It, genuinely, is poetry in action!

Visit the Vatican City and the Sistine Chapel.

The Vatican City is the Roman Catholic headquarters of Europe and home to St. Dwindle’s Basilica, St. Subside’s Square, the Apostolic Palace, Vatican Museums and, obviously, the lofty Sistine Chapel. The roof of the Sistine Chapel is a standout amongst Michelangelo’s most well-known works, still flawless since he completed in 1512.

Visit the Louvre in Paris

This is one of the most beautiful and most visited places in Paris. And in case you’re younger than 26, good news – the Louvre is free for you to enter! In case you’re not, but you’re a teacher, it’s free for you too.

Relish a Belgian Waffle

Belgium is the land of waffles and it will be a shame for you to visit the place and not try this deliciousness served with whipped cream, strawberries and chocolate syrup. Get indulged; savour the waffles at Belgium!

Visit Art Galleries in Frankfurt

Art should be free to all and keeping in mind that this isn’t generally the situation, it’s pleasant to realize that a few places, like this one, share this belief. There are three art galleries in Frankfurt – Galerie Maurer, Galerie Schuster and Galerie Raphael.

Regardless of whether you’re a full-blown adrenaline seeker or you’re simply searching for something more dynamic than lying on the beach throughout the day, Europe has got you covered. There is no continent which provides you as much to do, seek and experience as Europe does. Now pack your bags and set out to tick off every item in your newfound Europe bucket list!
