9 Australian Institutions Among Top 200 Universities In The World For 2019
9 Australian universities are on a list of the world’s most prestigious academic institutions offering diplomas sought after by employers worldwide, according to a study of the newly released 2019 QS world university rankings. The next two Australian universities with the highest performance are the University of Melbourne in 39th place and the University of Sydney in 42nd place.
Other Australian universities on the top 100 list are the University of New South Wales (No. 45), the University of Queensland (No. 48), Monash University (No. 59), the University of Western Australia (No. 91), the University of Adelaide (No. 114), and the University of Technology Sydney (No. 160). Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) remains the world leader.
