Global Top 50 Universities For Teaching And Research In Engineering And Technology: THE Ranking 2018

Stanford University was the best university in the world for teaching and research in engineering and technology, according to the latest prestigious subject rankings released by Times Higher Education (THE).

California Institute of Technology (Caltech) was 2nd and Oxford University was 3rd for the same discipline. The Massachusetts Institute of Technology took 4th place, followed by the University of Cambridge and Princeton University.

China’s Peking University entered the top ten for the first time. It took 7th place for engineering and technology.  The rankings are based on 13 individual performance indicators such as teaching, citations and research volume and reputation.

Prof. Dr. Amarendra Bhushan Dhiraj is a publishing executive and economist who is the CEO and editor-in-chief of The CEOWORLD magazine, one of the world’s most influential and recognized global news publications.
