Mrinalini Srinivasan to Replace Prashant Bhatnagar in the Role of CFO at Procter & Gamble Hygiene
Procter & Gamble Hygiene announced that Chief Financial Officer Prashant Bhatnagar will resign effective June 28, 2024, after nearly 28 years with the company. Mrinalini Srinivasan has been appointed as the new CFO, starting June 29, the company disclosed to the exchanges.
Expressing her enthusiasm, Srinivasan said she is honored and excited to take on the new role. She believes in the company’s mission to improve lives in meaningful ways daily and looks forward to working with various stakeholders to implement P&G’s integrated growth strategy and enhance consumer satisfaction.
Srinivasan, an FMS Delhi alumnus, joined P&G in 2008 and has worked across Singapore, India, and Dubai. She has led transformational projects and delivered exceptional results for several key P&G businesses. Currently, she oversees Corporate Finance and serves as the Executive Sponsor of Gender Equality for P&G India. Previously, she was the Senior Director of Sales Finance for P&G India.
In financial news, P&G Health reported a 6.45% decline in profit after tax for the third quarter ending March 2024. T P&G follows a July-June financial year. P&G Hygiene and Health Care Ltd, a listed entity of P&G India, includes well-known brands such as Vicks and Whisper.
