Joining Beacon as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer is Prithvi Gandhi, set to commence his tenure on May 1, 2024. Assuming the CFO role shortly thereafter, on or around May 6, 2024, Gandhi brings a wealth of experience and strategic acumen to the company.
Before joining Beacon, Gandhi served as the VP of Finance and CFO at TAMKO Building Products, a prominent roofing manufacturer and supplier, where his leadership steered initiatives toward enhanced business insights and financial optimization, resulting in notable operational advancements. Prior to his tenure at TAMKO, Gandhi held the CFO position at Fast Radius, a pioneering 3D printing enterprise that went public in 2022. His illustrious career includes eight years at Owens Corning, during which he occupied progressively senior finance roles, culminating in his interim CFO appointment.
Established in 1928, Beacon stands as a cornerstone in the distribution of building products, specializing in roofing materials alongside a range of complementary offerings such as siding and waterproofing solutions. With a vast network comprising over 540 branches spanning all 50 states in the U.S. and seven provinces in Canada, Beacon continues to be a leading force in the industry, now poised for further growth under Gandhi’s financial stewardship.
