Ernest John Nedder Becomes RSM’s Global CEO
RSM has announced a significant leadership transition. Effective June 1, 2024, Ernest John Nedder, widely known as E.J., will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer for RSM International, succeeding Jean Stephens. As part of the transition, Jean Stephens will continue in her role as CEO until May 2024, after which she will assume a senior advisory position at RSM, focusing on member relations, development, and recruitment. Stephens, a trailblazer for women in leadership, leaves behind a remarkable legacy at RSM, expressing confidence in Nedder’s ability to lead the organization towards continued success.

With a distinguished career spanning 26 years as a Certified Public Accountant, Nedder’s leadership has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of RSM’s tax practice in the United States.
