Vipul Chandra Named CFO at LTIMindtree

LTIMindtree has announced the appointment of Vipul Chandra as its Chief Financial Officer, effective from April 25, 2024. Chandra, an engineering graduate with a specialization in electronics and communication from Delhi College of Engineering, brings over three decades of extensive experience in the finance domain to his new role.

With a post-graduate diploma in management from IIM Calcutta, Chandra’s career trajectory includes significant leadership roles, notably as the Head of Treasury Corporate Finance at Larsen and Toubro (L&T) since October 2013. In this capacity, he has spearheaded various aspects of the finance function, including managing banking relationships, financial risk management, and strategic transactions such as Offer For Sale for Larsen & Toubro Infotech (now LTIMindtree) and L&T Technology Services, as well as Open Offer for Mindtree.

Prior to his tenure at L&T, Chandra served as MD and Head of Corporate Sales & Structuring at Citibank from 1995 to 2013, further enriching his expertise in financial management and strategic advisory.

In acknowledging Chandra’s appointment, the board expressed appreciation for the contributions of outgoing CFO Vinit Teredesai, wishing him success in his future endeavors.
