Vladimir Potanin is the fifth-richest person in Russia, with a whopping $23.7 billion. Alexey Mordashov ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $22.9 billion, followed by  Andrey Melnichenko with $21.0 billion. Alisher Usmanov is placed 8th with a net worth of $13.2 billion.
