As of February 22, 2024, Zhong Shanshan was the wealthiest person in China, with an estimated net worth of 64.4 billion U.S. dollars, followed by Colin Zheng Huang (No. 2, $46.3 billion), Zhang Yiming (No. 3, $43.4 billion); and William Ding (No. 4, $34.0 billion).

Ma Huateng is the fifth-richest person in China, with a whopping $31.8 billion. Jack Ma ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $24.5 billion, followed by He Xiangjian with $23.9 billion. Eric Li is placed 8th with a net worth of $16.2 billion. Qin Yinglin ($15.2 billion) occupied the 9th position among the top 10 wealthiest people in China.
