Arvinas CFO to Depart
Arvinas, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARVN) reveals that Sean Cassidy, C.P.A, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, will depart from the company after over a decade of dedicated service, effective February 29, 2024, to pursue new opportunities. In response, the Arvinas Board of Directors has initiated a formal search process to identify Cassidy’s permanent successor. During this interim period, Randy Teel, Ph.D., Arvinas’ Senior Vice President of Corporate and Business Development, will step in as the interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
Arvinas boasts four programs in clinical trials, focusing on investigational proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC®) degraders for breast cancer, prostate cancer, and neurodegenerative diseases. With sufficient financial resources expected to sustain operations until 2027, Arvinas remains steadfast in its commitment to advancing transformative therapies.
