Teodor Petsov Succeeds Current CEO of Agropolychim, Philippe Rombaut
Agropolychim has announced a change in leadership as CEO Philippe Rombaut steps down, making way for Teodor Petsov to assume the role of head of production operations.
While Rombaut transitions to the position of chairman of Agropolychim’s board of directors, he will shift his focus towards steering the company’s strategic development, as outlined in a press release issued by the fertilizer producer on Wednesday.
Bringing over 22 years of production experience and strong management background, Petsov enters Agropolychim as the new production director. In his capacity, he will be responsible for orchestrating, overseeing, and coordinating all aspects of the company’s production activities.
Agropolychim, a prominent Bulgarian fertilizer producer, boasts a workforce of over 1,000 employees. Over the past decade, the company has invested more than $175.3 million in initiatives spanning safety, the protection of the environment, energy efficiency, and more.
