With over two decades of leadership experience in public and private accounting, as well as enterprise finance, Gargagliano brings a wealth of expertise in navigating complex financial landscapes and driving performance.
Previously serving as Enterprise CFO at The Facilities Group (TFG), Gargagliano played a pivotal role in the expansion of TFG, contributing to its growth from 3 brands to 18. With 24 active investments, including TFG, RCS is poised for further expansion under Gargagliano’s financial stewardship. His deep understanding of RCS’s culture, acquisition strategy, and investment approach positions him as an invaluable asset to the firm.
Prior to his private sector roles, Gargagliano served with distinction in the United States Coast Guard and the United States Army. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
