Fiabila Brings Filippo Manucci to Serve as President and CEO, Succeeding Pierre Miasnik
Fiabila has disclosed the appointment of Mr. Filippo Manucci as its incoming President and Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Mr. Pierre Miasnik, who has led the company since its inception and steered its growth for nearly five decades. The transition will take effect on March 1st, 2024. In December, private equity firm Apheon initiated exclusive negotiations to acquire a majority stake in Fiabila. Pierre Miasnik will retain involvement in the company, serving as both a minority shareholder and a member of the Board.
Mr. Filippo Manucci brings a wealth of executive experience from various global cosmetics companies, both in the business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) sectors. Prior to joining Fiabila, he held the position of Global Senior Vice President for the Skin, Hair, Personal Care & Fragrances divisions at Intercos, the world’s leading cosmetics Original Design Manufacturer (ODM). His career also includes leadership roles in sales and marketing at esteemed beauty brands such as Shiseido, Estée Lauder, LVMH, Yves Saint Laurent Beauté, and L’Oréal.
Under the stewardship of its founder, Pierre Miasnik, Fiabila has grown into a global entity specializing in the development, manufacturing, and packaging of nail polish and nail care products. With cutting-edge production facilities spanning France, the US, Brazil, India, Japan, and Poland, the company serves over 440 clients, including many of the world’s leading traditional beauty brands.
Fiabila emphasized that the transition has been meticulously planned to ensure continuity, growth, and sustained excellence for the company.
