Leaf Home Appoints Scarlett O’Sullivan to Serve as CFO

Leaf Home has appointed Scarlett O’Sullivan as the Chief Financial Officer. In her new role, O’Sullivan will advance the company’s scale and prepare it for the next phase of growth. O’Sullivan will collaborate closely with other officers to drive the next phase of transformative growth.

Leaf Home is a North American home improvement products and services company with over 200 locations, offering gutter protection, home safety products, water purification, windows and doors, kitchen and bath solutions, and more.

With nearly eight years of experience as the CFO at Rent the Runway, O’Sullivan was instrumental in the launch and scaling of the company’s subscription business. Her extensive financial expertise extends from leading technology IPOs as an investment banker to venture capital investment experience at SoftBank.

Key priorities for Leaf Home in 2024 include investing in product innovation, exploring new revenue opportunities, and utilizing technology to enhance efficiency and process improvement. O’Sullivan will be based in Leaf Home’s New York City office.

O’Sullivan emphasized the goal to exponentially multiply impact and expressed honor in being part of the team shaping the next chapter of Leaf Home’s success story.

Jon Bostock, CEO of Leaf Home, highlighted O’Sullivan’s unique perspective as both an operator and investor, emphasizing the value of her dual lens as the company navigates future opportunities and challenges.
