Iceland Seafood International CFO to Step Down
Iceland Seafood International (ISI) has revealed that Reynir Jonsson, the company’s CFO, will be stepping down in March 2024. This news follows the departure of ISI CEO Bjarni Ármannsson in September 2023 after a five-year tenure. Ármannsson was replaced by former Brim COO Ægir Páll Friðbertsson.
Commenting on Jonsson’s departure, Friðbertsson acknowledged Jonsson’s decade-long service as ISI’s CFO and credited his contributions to the company’s significant growth and establishment of a strong position in the European market.
