Croda International CFO Louisa Burdett Departs to Join Spirax-Sarco Engineering

Croda International, a British specialty chemicals company, is in the process of seeking a new Chief Financial Officer following the announcement of the current CFO’s departure from the group next year.

Additionally, Croda has affirmed that its 2023 full-year outlook remains consistent, although profits are anticipated to align with the lower end of the provided guidance.

Louisa Burdett has notified the company of her intention to depart in June 2024 to assume the CFO role at FTSE 100 company Spirax-Sarco Engineering.

Anita Frew, the chair, expressed gratitude on behalf of the board and Croda colleagues, stating, “On behalf of the board and all Croda colleagues, Steve Foots (Chief Executive) and I would like to thank Louisa for her contribution to the company. Louisa will leave with our best wishes next summer, and in the meantime, a search for her successor is underway. A further announcement will be made in due course.”
