Former CEO of Bloch International Takes the Helm at Sergio Rossi

Helen Wright has assumed the position of CEO at Sergio Rossi, an Italian luxury footwear and accessories brand owned by the Lanvin Group, effective immediately.

Wright brings a wealth of experience, having served as CEO at Belstaff, a renowned British heritage brand, between 2017 and 2020, and prior to that, as CEO at Anya Hindmarch, a luxury accessories brand, from 2015 to 2017. Her most recent role was as CEO at Bloch International, a dancewear footwear business.

Earlier this year, following the departure of former CEO Riccardo Sciutto, Sergio Rossi appointed Paul Kotrba as the interim CEO.

Wright expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “I am very pleased to join Sergio Rossi. More than a precious heritage brand, Sergio Rossi is an industry reference for the highest quality and style in handmade, luxury footwear, made in Italy since its foundation in San Mauro Pascoli in 1951.”

Expressing their vision for Wright’s new role, Sergio Rossi conveyed through a LinkedIn statement, “In her new role, Ms. Wright will concentrate on the strategic transformation of the house, defining and leading Sergio Rossi’s global strategy, collaborating with stakeholders and valued business partners to deliver sustainable growth. There will be a key focus on collection content, distribution channel optimization, brand visibility, and execution, and the continued development and commercial strategy for vital markets such as North America, UAE, Japan, and Greater China.”
