Melanie Dhawan Named S4 Capital CFO for the Content Division

Commenting on her new role, Mel Dhawan expressed enthusiasm about collaborating closely with Bruno Lambertini and Wesley ter Haar, aiming to drive the Content practice’s growth and leverage the substantial market opportunities ahead.

Wesley Ter Haar, the co-founder and co-CEO of Content of Media.Monks, praised Mel’s invaluable contributions to the company’s transformation and welcomed her move to the Content division, highlighting her extensive background and expertise.

With a diverse career background, Mel brings extensive experience to her new position. Her tenure at Turner Broadcasting spanned 13 years, encompassing various roles in controllership, commercial partnering, FP&A, and finance transformation. Notably, she played a key role at Just Eat Takeaway.com, overseeing the integration of the Just Eat business into Takeaway.com, focusing on finance operating models. Before her move to S4 Capital, Mel was involved in finance transformation and operations, including the integration of the eBay Classifieds Group, while at Adevinta.

Having joined the S4 Capital Group Finance team in mid-2022, Mel established the Group FP&A and Finance Transformation functions before transitioning to the role of CFO within the Content division.
