Igor Makarov is the fifth-richest person in Cyprus, with a whopping $2.1 billion. Valentin Kipyatkov is 6th with a personal wealth of $1.8 billion, followed by Polys Haji-loannou (No. 7, $1.1 billion) and Stelios Haji-loannou (No. 8, $1.0 billion), among the top wealthiest people in Cyprus.
