As of November 6, 2023, Rafaela Aponte- Diamant  was the wealthiest person in Switzerland, with an estimated net worth of 26.4 billion U.S. dollars, followed by Gianluigi Aponte (No. 2, $26.4 billion), Ernesto Bertarelli (No. 3, $9.5 billion); and Ivan Glasenberg (No. 4, $8.6 billion).

Guillaume Pousaz is the fifth-richest person in Switzerland, with a whopping $7.2 billion. Magdalena Martullo-Blocher ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $6.2 billion, followed by Rahel Blocher with $6.1 billion. Thomas Schmidheiny is placed 8th with a net worth of $5.9 billion. Dona Bertarelli ($5.1 billion) occupied the 9th position among the top 10 wealthiest people in Switzerland.
