Female Leadership at Coupa with Leagh Turner in the role of CEO
Coupa, a prominent company in Business Spend Management, has announced the appointment of Leagh Turner as its new CEO, effective from November 13, 2023. Turner brings with her over two decades of experience, with a track record of leading performance, driving innovation, and fostering growth. Additionally, she will also be joining Coupa’s Board of Directors.
In her statement, Turner expressed her enthusiasm for Coupa’s mission, while J. Charles Goodman, Chairman of the Coupa Board, praised Turner’s leadership qualities.
Leagh Turner’s most recent role was as co-CEO at Ceridian. She has also held significant leadership positions at SAP and Oracle. Her achievements have earned her recognition as one of Canada’s 100 Most Powerful Women by the Women’s Executive Network. During her tenure at Ceridian, Turner played a key role in doubling the company’s revenue and significantly expanding its global customer base.
Coupa now manages a cumulative business spend of over $5 trillion globally, serving companies ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations. Coupa’s AI-powered platform provides visibility, control, and real-time insights to enhance operational excellence for organizations of all sizes.
