Edyn CEO Stephen McCall Announces Resignation
Stephen McCall, the CEO of the hospitality group Edyn, which owns extended stay brands such as Locke, Cove, and SACO, has made an announcement about his resignation.
Following Stephen’s departure, the company’s CFO, Daniel Carre-Bishop, will serve as the Interim CEO and assist in the search for Stephen’s successor. Alongside the broader leadership team at Edyn, Daniel will guide the next phase of the company’s growth, which includes new property openings in Zurich, Lisbon, and Paris in the coming months and years. They are excited about the possibilities of this next chapter and wish Stephen the best in his future endeavors.
In response to his departure, Edyn issued a statement to BTN Europe, expressing gratitude for Stephen’s contributions since he joined in 2018. They noted that under his leadership, the company has thrived and become a pioneer in one of the fastest-growing sectors of the hospitality industry. Edyn now boasts a portfolio of distinct brands and high-quality properties in key British and European cities, providing guests with unique, design-led, and memorable stays.
Edyn recently announced the opening of its newest property, Cove Huntingdon House, located in London’s Kensington and Chelsea neighborhoods. This extended stay property offers 14 keys, including three one-bedroom and eleven two-bedroom apartments.
