Accident & Health Division of Crum & Forster has a new CFO
Crum & Forster’s Accident & Health Division, C&F, has introduced Joseph Muccia as its new Chief Financial Officer. Joseph Muccia was previously in the role of Vice President of Operations within the division, overseeing program claims, auditing, accounting, and reporting teams.In his new capacity as CFO, Muccia will continue to lead these areas while also taking charge of identifying investment and acquisition prospects for the division, according to a news release from C&F.
Before joining C&F, Muccia worked at KPMG. He joined C&F in 2009 and became part of the Accident & Health division in 2016. Muccia has been instrumental in various strategic initiatives within the division, including the establishment of its captive company in the Cayman Islands, multiple acquisitions, and the sale of the pet operation.
In August, C&F announced the promotion of David Thomas to Senior Vice President of Surety Claims. Additionally, earlier this year, the company received recognition for its efforts in diversity and inclusion.
