As of October 26, 2023, David Thomson was the wealthiest person in Canada, with an estimated net worth of 53.6 billion U.S. dollars, followed by David Cheriton (No. 2, $11.0 billion), Changpeng Zhao (No. 3, $10.2 billion); Jim Pattison and (No. 4, $9.4 billion).

Anthony Von Mandl is the fifth-richest person in Canada, with a whopping $8.9 billion. Joseph Tsai ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $7.5 billion, followed by Alain Bouchard with $7.0 billion. Chip Wilson is placed 8th with a net worth of $5.9 billion. Arthur Irving ($5.8 billion) occupied the 9th position among the top 10 wealthiest people in Canada.
