Air Industries Group (NYSE American: AIRI) has announced the appointment of Scott Glassman as the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, and Secretary of the Company and its subsidiaries. Mr. Glassman, aged 46, has been serving as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer since 2019.
Scott Glassman succeeds Michael Recca, aged 73, who has been the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, and Secretary of the Company for over nine years and has been associated with the Company in various roles for over 15 years. Mr. Recca will remain at Air Industries to focus on special projects related to the Company’s growth plans in the aerospace sector while also assisting Mr. Glassman in a smooth transition of CFO responsibilities.
Mr. Glassman has been associated with Air Industries in various senior financial roles from 2007 to 2015 and again from 2019 to the present. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany and has been a licensed CPA in the state of New York since 2002.
