Anthony Callini Succeeds Tanya Andreev-Kaspin at Innovid in the role of CFO

In New York, Innovid, a digital video ad and analytics technology firm, has appointed Anthony Callini as CFO. He is replacing Tanya Andreev-Kaspin, who will be ‘pursuing other opportunities’ following a six-month transition period. The company also reported unaudited Q3 revenue of approximately $36 million, surpassing earlier forecasts.

Innovid’s platform is employed for the personalization and measurement of TV viewing across linear, CTV, and digital. Last year, they launched InnovidXP, an integrated, unified cross-platform solution, building on their acquisition of TVSquared, a measurement and attribution specialist. Three months ago, they introduced Innovid Key, a cookieless cross-device consumer behavior mapping solution.

Anthony Callini brings more than two decades of financial experience in growth-oriented private and public technology companies. He most recently served as CFO at iZotope, an audio software technology company, and previously held the same role at Monotype, a public branding and design technology company. Earlier in his career, he was SCP of Finance at Avid Technologies, a media tech firm, and held various financial roles at Open Solutions, Inc., a software and services company, in addition to working at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen.

Zvika Netter, the co-founder and CEO of Innovid, expressed his confidence in Callini and thanked Andreev-Kaspin for her eleven years of partnership and service. He also stated, ”We are encouraged by our early positive results and remain focused on profitable growth and execution to deliver on our long-term financial targets.”

Andreev-Kaspin commented on her departure, saying, ”After an incredible eleven-year-long journey of turning a small start-up into a successful public company listed at NYSE, it is the right time for me to step down as the CFO. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked alongside such a collaborative and talented team. I thank Zvika for his leadership and for supporting my career growth.”
