Member Access Processing Names Steve Bone as its new CEO following Cyndie Martini’s Retirement
Member Access Processing has appointed Steve Bone as its new CEO following the retirement of founder and former CEO Cyndie Martini in late August.
Steve Bone brings with him a wealth of experience in financial services technology, boasting a career spanning 31 years. Before joining MAP, Bone served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Trellance, a company specializing in data analytics and business intelligence solutions for the credit union industry. During his time at Trellance, Bone concentrated on aspects like mergers and acquisitions as well as partnerships. After Trellance’s acquisition of Ongoing Operations, he successfully managed the transition of the OGO business line while also introducing new services in the talent business line. His executive roles prior to that include positions at FIS, CAPCO, Q2, and First Entertainment Credit Union.
Gordon Howe, Chair of the board for MAP, expressed confidence in Steve Bone’s abilities, stating, “The board believes Steve has the knowledge and skills to move Member Access Processing into a future where technology plays a vital role in giving members better access to financial services with the strongest possible security. With his technical expertise matched to our 25-year history of customer service, we will have an unbeatable portfolio of processing services to offer our credit unions customers. We are lucky to have him.”
