Mohit Pande is the new CFO of CtrlS Datacenters
CtrlS Datacenters Ltd, one of Asia’s most rapidly expanding Rated-4 datacenter firms, has appointed Mohit Pande as its Chief Financial Officer. This appointment serves to bolster the company’s leadership team, capitalizing on Mohit’s extensive 23-year background in the investment banking sector, both in the United States and India.
In his new capacity, Mohit will oversee the finance and corporate development functions at CtrlS. His mandate includes the responsible expansion of the company’s presence across India and international markets, emphasizing profitability and sustainability.
Sridhar Pinnapureddy, Chairman of CtrlS Datacenters, expressed his satisfaction at welcoming Mohit to the leadership team. This addition coincides with CtrlS’s ambitious growth strategy, involving planned investments exceeding $2 billion in new datacenters and renewable power generation over the next five years. The company is committed to pursuing its expansion plan, enhancing client services, and setting industry benchmarks in the datacenter sector.
Mohit brings with him a successful track record in advising both Indian and global clients on M&A and IPO transactions, as well as securing financing for high-growth enterprises. His leadership experience spans a decade each at Deutsche Bank and Jefferies, with roles in both the United States and India. He holds engineering credentials from IIT Delhi and possesses a business degree from Wharton.
Speaking about his new role at CtrlS, Mohit Pande expressed enthusiasm for joining the company during this pivotal phase of growth, aligning with the broader digitization trends in India and the increasing demand for AI/ML-ready datacenters. Having been acquainted with the company for over six years, he acknowledged CtrlS’s remarkable progress and looks forward to collaborating with the leadership team, leveraging his expertise to further support the company’s impressive growth trajectory.
