Teemu Kraus Assigns the role of CFO at Solwers
Solwers Group has appointed Teemu Kraus as its new Chief Financial Officer. Teemu Kraus (M.Sc.) is now a member of the management team, effective September 18, 2023. In his new role, he will assume comprehensive responsibility for the group’s financial management and reporting. Roger Lindqvist, who previously held the position of CFO within the group, is transitioning into an expert role within the organization.
Solwers, which is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Markets Helsinki, is a forward-looking group of expert companies specializing in the design of unique and sustainable living spaces. As the owner, Solwers functions as a growth platform for its group companies, supporting their development while challenging traditional practices in the field of built environment consulting.
CEO Stefan Nyström expressed a warm welcome to Teemu, emphasizing the continuation of Roger’s valuable work in organizing and advancing the group’s financial management.
Prior to joining Solwers, Teemu served as the Global Director of Finance and Accounting at Citec Group. He has also held financial management positions at Maintpartner Group and Knauf Oy.
