In second place – and some 26.6 billion dollars behind – comes Gautam Adani, with a net worth of $65.6 billion, followed by Zhong Shanshan (net worth: $65.6 billion), Zhong Shanshan (net worth: $62.9 billion), and Ma Huateng (net worth: $37 billion).

Tadashi Yanai (No. 6), Colin Huang (No. 7), Shapoor Mistry (No. 8), William Ding (No. 9), and Zeng Yuqun (No. 10) are worth $36.6 billion, $34.9 billion, $32.2 billion, $31.4 billion, and $30.9 billion respectively. ASIA’s most billionaires come from China, India, and Hong Kong, with representatives from other countries. This article lists the top 20 wealthiest people in Asia in 2023, arranged according to their net worth.

As the list shows, the two Asian BRICS countries stand out here, with China accounting for 7 out of 20 people in this ranking (11 out of 20 if including Hong Kong), while Indian figures take five out of the top 20 positions. The top 20 wealthiest people in Asia – all men – are worth a collective $717.8 billion.
