With over 25 years of experience in the world of retail eCommerce, Clem is widely recognized as an innovator, speaker, and mentor. He is a Fort Wayne native and a lifelong musician who graduated from Purdue University. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is actively involved in the community alongside his wife and four children.
Sweetwater, founded by Chuck Surack in 1979, has enjoyed remarkable growth over the years, becoming the world’s foremost retailer specializing in music technology and instruments.
