Lee Boyce is the new CFO of Hain Celestial
The Board of Directors at The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. has designated Lee A. Boyce as the incoming Chief Financial Officer, effective from September 5, 2023. Mr. Boyce will be succeeding Christopher J. Bellairs in this role. Aged 58, Mr. Boyce has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Hearthside Food Solutions LLC, a global contract manufacturer and bakery, since September 2021. In this capacity, he held oversight over the company’s finance, global systems, procurement, and legal departments.
Before joining Hearthside, Mr. Boyce held the position of CFO and Executive Vice-President at WernerCo, an international manufacturer and distributor of climbing systems, fall protection gear, job site, and commercial vehicle storage solutions, from January 2019 to August 2021. During this time, he was responsible for the financial and IT functions of the company. Prior to WernerCo, he was the CFO and Senior Vice-President at American Hotel Register Company, the largest global supplier to the hospitality sector, from 2015 to January 2019. In this role, he headed various departments, including finance, strategy, analytics, sales operations, and IT. Preceding his tenure at American Hotel Register Company, Mr. Boyce held progressively more responsible finance positions in commercial, strategy, supply chain, and transformation at Mondelez International / Kraft Heinz from 1995 to 2015. His final role there was as the CFO and Vice-President of Finance for Beverages from 2013 to 2015.
Mr. Boyce’s professional journey commenced at Ernst & Young, where he worked as a Senior Auditor and Management Consultant. He holds the designations of a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Management Accountant, and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Mr. Bellairs will remain employed by the Company until November 20, 2023, assisting with the seamless transfer of his responsibilities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Kent and a master’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago.
