As of April 25, 2023, Rafaela Aponte-Diamant was the wealthiest person in Switzerland, with an estimated net worth of 31.2 billion U.S. dollars, followed by Gianluigi Aponte (No. 2, $31.2 billion), Ernesto Bertarelli (No. 3, $9.5 billion); and Ivan Glasenberg (No. 4, $9.3 billion).

Magdalena Martullo-Blocher is the fifth-richest person in Switzerland, with a whopping $7.7 billion. Rahel Blocher ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $7.7 billion, followed by Guillaume Pousaz with $7.2 billion. Thomas Schmidheiny is placed 8th with a net worth of ( $6.0 billion). Michael Pieper ($5.6 billion) occupied the 9th position among Switzerland’s top 10 wealthiest people.
