Naxos: Where To Go In The Largest Island Of Cyclades

The finds date from the Late Neolithic to early Christian times. Archaic, Classical, and Hellenistic times are represented by characteristic samples of pottery and clay figures. In addition, ceramics and a collection of glass vases from the Roman era are exhibited in the museum.
   The Geological Museum of Apeiranthos exhibits rocks from all over the island, dominated by Emery, the famous dark marble of Naxos.
