Coronavirus job losses: States most impacted since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic
With the U.S. losing over 26.5 million jobs since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, WalletHub today released updated unemployment rankings for the states most impacted since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
With the U.S. experiencing an extremely high number of initial unemployment claims, New Hampshire ranks first with the biggest increase in unemployment since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Louisiana ranked second on their list. Georgia, Kentucky and North Carolina round out the top five, followed by Virginia, Michigan, Indiana, North Dakota, and Florida.
