3 Key Factors That Lead to Entrepreneurial Success. Here’s What to Know

You would come across many articles and posts about how to achieve that level of success that you have been dreaming about….

You must have read pointers, definitions and many success stories from around the globe. And I know some would have worked in surprising ways while some tips and tricks have been the pure waste of time.

But… you don’t have to wait for the rights now!

Because today, you are going to come across the factors which are extremely useful and practical for taking your startup to success.

Yes, this posts is going to help you get successful in three straightforward, realistic and quick steps.

Three Key Factors That Will Quickly Lead You to Entrepreneurial Success:

1) Love:

The first factor is “Love.”  Well, it does sound funny and too plain.. Right?

Must have heard about it gazillion times in different contexts. I know, and I do understand.

But this time it will be discussed differently.

You have got to love what you are doing. Because everything outgrows, but love does not. This factor will keep you going no matter how many obstacles you face, how much people criticize you, how much the surroundings make it difficult for you or how hard you have to try for it… love will keep you going on anyways.

Now, there is no one thing which you have to love, and it can be anything in this world. You can like the problem or maybe the idea behind or just a thought related to it. But love will make you strive harder and make you enjoy what you are doing.

There are so many incidents where we see love taking over any other thing that is done with materialistic or other motives.

Love also makes you ignore the timings you are working on, the hardships you are facing or the elements which are stopping you.

Steve Jobs explains this in a significant way:

“You’ve got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don’t settle…”

While some people also claim that You should love what you do, not do what you love. You can also give this a read and see which one works the best, but it merely proves that love needs to be there anyway. The prior one is more fruitful thought.

2) Hard Work:

The second factor is hard work. Sound familiar. Right?

Must be. Because everything in this world requires hard work in order to give great results. You might have heard people talking about luck a lot of times… yes, luck does play an important role in success, but one cannot merely achieve anything meaningful without hard work.

However today hard work hasn’t been given this much important, especially among millennials. They run away from hard work in a way that even Usain Bolt can compete. Millennials like to work smart and not hard. They claim that intelligent ideas can be more fruitful than working hard.

Alexey Radul conducted a survey in 2014 on ‘How doing hard work is more important for achieving success than just being smart’. In this study, the audience told that only 2.15% of the people will have the talent and will work hard and get successful but 97% of the people will not work and will not be successful.

The study also proved that talent and luck both work in greater meanings if attached with hard work. So hard work can never be ignored while looking for entrepreneurial success.

3) Passion:

The third and the last factor is ‘Passion’. A lot of people confuse love with passion, while in reality, both are different. Love is a strong feeling for something you really like while it is passion which will drive you to do something about what you like.

You love all the things you are passionate for but it is not necessary to have passion for all the things you love.

People can have passion for many different things, for pursuing a career, for conducting some kind of social work or for visiting some place. But you have to keep one thing in mind, when you are passionate about something, you will definitely gain success in that particular field because passion has that specific drive which will make you surpass everything stopping you.

Also, pursuing your passion make you far more happier than doing anything else.  People that are passionate about innovation and technology tend to launch the best technology, take for example, Bill Gates. He has conquered the world with his passion and we all can see where it took him to today.

These are the three key factors which really turn the tables and makes your work different from the rest of the lot. Makes you unique and special because the work done with passion and love is always different than the work done for financial or any other purpose.

Love forces you to do hard work and that hard work can only be continuous if you have a continuous and consistent passion for it. So love, hard work and passion will lead your business to a successful startup.

Even if your startup doesn’t work out, your heart will be satisfied with what you tried and that is a success within. This success can further allow you to brush up your idea and come with a different innovation.

So never leave these three factors when deciding about the idea of your product and you will observe how fast you will get successful in the field you are pursuing.

I would also love to hear what you think about these factors and how these factors helped at any stage of your success stories. Would also like you to mention any other factor you think is equally important for the entrepreneurial success.
