Revealed: 25 Fattest Cities In America For 2017
Jackson, Mississippi is the fattest city in the U.S., according to a recent study by WalletHub, a finance website, and Memphis is ranked 2nd fattest city. Coming in third on the list of fattest cities in America was Little Rock, Arkansas; followed by McAllen-Edinburg-Mission, Texas (NO. 4); Shreveport, Louisiana (NO. 5); and Chattanooga, Tennessee (NO. 6).
Mobile, Alabama was also on the list, coming in as America’s 7th fattest city. It’s also good to point out that all top-20 cities on this list are in the southern United States — mostly in the Southeast.
Perhaps not coincidentally, best fast food chains are all in the southern United States: Chick-fil-A, Bojangles’ Famous Chicken ‘n Biscuits (the biscuits are as tasty as the name is long), Whataburger (take your McDonald’s and shove it), and Waffle House
