World’s Best Universities For Graduate Employability In 2016, Caltech, MIT, And Harvard Tops

California Institute of Technology (Caltech) became the highest-ranked university in the world for preparing graduates for the workplace, according to Times Higher Education (THE) 2016 survey, MIT comes in at second place.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, American universities dominate this year’s results. Of the top 150 universities on the list of those whose graduates are most sought after by hiring managers, 37 are based in the United States.

Less encouragingly, only 2 UK universities made it into the top 10 global employable universities: University of Cambridge (4th) and University of Oxford (7th). The top 3 were all based in the United States: California Institute of Technology, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Harvard University.
