Sandy Kaminski is the Strategic Relations – Vice President of Client Development at Vensure Employer Services. She has over 20 years of experience working in the human resource field. Her years of experience were gained primarily by working in Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) and Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) divisions. Her previous work experience includes managing all aspects of an organization that provided PEO and HRO solutions to diverse industries. Sandy was also the Owner/Founder of a human resource consulting firm that specialized in strategic human resources. Consequently, she gained knowledge in all areas of human resources, which gives her a unique skill set. Her specialty is compliance, which often presents organizations with the most confusion and fines.

Sandy obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Strategic Leadership from Walsh College. Additionally, she holds the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certifications from the HR Certification Institute as well as the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. Sandy’s hobbies include photography, quote collecting, and gardening.
