Marci first joined TEG Consulting in 1996 and played an instrumental role in helping the firm achieve exceptional growth for two decades. Marci has also been the founder and CEO of Appointed Partners, a talent solutions firm focused on coaching board and c-level executives on achieving their career aspirations. Earlier in her career, Marci was promoted through sales management roles over eight years with global telecommunications leader Cable & Wireless. She graduated from Temple University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism.
