Deanna Singh is a DEI leadership expert and author who has spent over 20 years researching, designing, and building asset-based solutions to complex social challenges. She is the Founder and Chief Change Agent of Uplifting Impact, a diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting firm that helps individual leaders and companies create inclusive workplaces. She serves as lead instructor for the Professional Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion offered through the University of Wisconsin’s Center for Professional and Executive Development. She leads the popular biannual summit How To Be An Ally, and her next book, Actions Speak Louder, will be published in May 2022 by Penguin Random House.
