Anaïs Beaucousin, currently Vice President Chief Business Security Officer for ADP International, is accountable for the delivery of centralized security services, in accordance with the needs, risk level, and plans of ADP International businesses (covering LATAM, EMEA and APAC) and ADP Corporate security. She is accountable for managing risk posture, regulatory compliancy assurance, and for the coordination of ADP International Security plans in accordance with Chief Security Office. Anaïs holds a Master’s degree in Management & Business from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in France. She enjoys working in multi-cultural environments, helping the organization with Security matters as well as digital transformation initiatives and is committed to deliver Service Excellence to associates and clients. She is a firm believer that being inclusive and diverse at the workplace brings the best ideas and leads businesses to success.
